| E-Control awarded Twinning project with Georgia
18 November 2011: E-Control and its partners have been awarded implemenation of the Twinning project E10/ENP-PCA/EY/11 on Strengthening capacities of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC) in updating incentive based electricity tariff methodology. Together with the Austrian Energy Exchange EXAA and the German energy regulator Bundesnetzagentur, E-Control will implement this project with its Georgian counterpart. |
| E-Control awarded Twinning project with Croatia
27 September 2011: E-Control and its partners have been awarded implemenation of the Twinning project HR/2009/IB/EY/01 on Reinforcement and Further Development of the Internal Energy Market with the Scope of the Energy Community Treaty. Together with the Austrian Energy Agency, the Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth and the Energy Exchange EXAA, E-Control will implement this project with the Croatian Ministry of Economy, energy regulator, electricity market operator, electricity company and gas transport company as beneficiaries. |
| French regulator awarded Twinning project with Algeria
19 July 2011: The French energy regulatory authority, CRE, has been awarded implemenation of the Twinning project DZ11/AA/EY06 on reinforcing the structures, powers and competences of the Algerian regulator, following a proposal that includes E-Control expertise. Also experts from the French national energy mediator will contribute. |
