The Georgia project Strengthening capacities of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC) in updating incentive based electricity tariff methodology (E10/ENP-PCA/EY/11) To build a sound and comprehensive proposal for this Twinninig project, E-Control has joined forces with a number of Austrian and German experts. E-Control is hoping to win competition for this project and would then immediately start working with the Beneficiary to draw up the Twinning contract and start work as soon as possible in 2012.
